Lesson Transfers
Transfers are designed to be simple and flexible, ensuring your reserved time is still utilized.
If you are unable to attend your lesson, you may transfer it to another individual at no cost.
To complete a transfer, please email naomi@shesmygolfpro.com with their following information:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Do you need golf clubs? (Yes / No)
- If yes, are you right- or left-handed?
- Golf experience level
- What you would like to work on
- They understand this page’s policy (Yes / No)
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Naomi’s schedule has many dates and times that book up weeks in advance. Cancelling 3+ days in advance provides a better opportunity for some of those individuals to see that availability, but most will not see that and even fewer as the days to the lesson gets closer. This makes it extremely unlikely for your lesson time to be taken by another client, for which it would have been booked earlier. That is why this cancellation and rescheduling policy is in place. All of them below offer a free transfer to someone else, so I highly recommend if you can’t make your lesson time, to gift it to a family or friend. For those who cannot and when an additional fee is added for rescheduling when requested, Naomi will send an email out with a registration for the reschedule fee (must be paid prior to new lesson time).
Up to 96 Hours Notice (4+ Days)
This potentially allows your spot to be offered to another client, as lessons are often booked two + weeks in advance.
- Option to transfer your lesson to someone at no cost
- Full refund available (minus 3% processing fee), or
- Reschedule may be allowed at no cost – monitored and limited by She’s My Golf Pro
Up to 48 Hours Notice (2 – 4 Days)
At this time frame, it becomes very difficult to fill your reserved spot and even more so as it gets closer.
- Option to transfer your lesson to someone at no cost
- For Refund -> Receive a 60% refund back to credit card on file
- Reschedule allowed once at no cost – then 1 -2 Day policy below.
Up to 24 Hours Notice (1 – 2 Days)
- Option to transfer your lesson to someone at no cost
- For Refund -> Receive a 40% refund back to credit card on file
- Rescheduling allowed with additional fee of 30% off of original lesson type price. Monitored by She’s My Golf Pro and will affect future bookings and availability (not busiest time spots – after work hours and Sunday AM/mid day).
Less Than 24 Hours Notice (0 – 1 Days)
- Option to transfer your lesson to someone at no cost
- For Refund -> Receive a 30% refund back to credit card on file
- Rescheduling allowed with additional fee of 40% off of original lesson type price. Monitored by She’s My Golf Pro and will affect future bookings and availability (not busiest time spots – after work hours and Sunday AM/mid day).
No Call/No Email No Show
- Lesson will be considered used no matter the reason
Release Notice & Video/Imaging
I, for myself and anyone related to me, hereby release and hold harmless She’s My Golf Pro Inc., from and against any liability, loss, damages, expense, claims, demands, causes of action, settlements or judgments of any kind or nature whatsoever, including attorneys’ fees, which, I, my heirs, including but not limited to successors, assigns, executors or administrators may ever have against the She’s My Golf Pro Inc., by reason of, or arising directly or indirectly in connection with my participation in any and all of the activities offered as part of the She’s My Golf Pro program, and hereby waive any and all such claims, demands or causes of action. By agreeing to participate in a She’s My Golf Pro programming, I consent to appear in digital images and videos for social sharing, marketing and promotional purposes. I understand that I have the option to let on-site She’s My Golf Pro staff know that I prefer not be photographed.
Weather and Course/Facility
Naomi will reach out if the facility has informed her of any facility closures or restrictions due to weather that would impact the lesson.
It is important to feel safe and protected during lessons. If lightening is detected at any time during a lesson, the instruction will stop immediately and seek shelter. The waiting time will be not be subtracted from the lesson time and can either be added to that day’s lesson or a future lesson depending upon schedules. Lessons are scheduled to start and continue rain or shine.
