What is the Stage 1 Clinic Series?

Stage 1 Golf Clinic Series with Naomi Nesenoff, PGA

The Stage 1 Clinic Series – or as Naomi calls them, her “No Embarrassment Clinic Series” is Naomi’s OG! Where it all started. Naomi developed this series more than 10 years ago and it has become the most popular clinic choice! It’s designed to help brand new and returning golfers feel comfortable, confident, and welcomed into the game.

These five 1.5-hour weekly clinics focus on learning the fundamentals of golf in a relaxed, non-intimidating environment. Naomi’s goal is simple: introduce the game in a way that helps participants experience early success, understand the golf course, and build the confidence to keep playing.

Each week covers a different part of the game, with Naomi breaking everything down into clear, easy-to-understand steps:

  1. Putting
  2. Chipping
  3. Golf Swing
  4. Long Game
  5. Round Prep & Course Management

Along the way, students also learn important but very often overlooked topics like:

  • Etiquette
  • Facility and course layout
  • Pace of Play
  • Attire
  • Fitness
  • Nutrition
  • Much more!

With 6–9 participants per series, you’ll get personal attention while also enjoying the fun of learning with a small group.

Whether you’re learning for the first time or dusting off old clubs, you’ll finish this series with a solid understanding of the fundamentals, newfound confidence, and a group of new golf friends. You’ll feel more prepared than ever to step onto the course and enjoy the game!

Who should sign up?

This clinic welcomes various abilities. This clinic is extremely useful for beginner golfers. From those who have never touched a golf club before to the bi-yearly golfer, individuals will gain useful information and tools from this clinic.

This is also a great welcome back clinic for those returning to the game that have not played in many years. Also, staff members at courses that do not golf have signed up for these clinics and have found them extremely helpful.

Please Note: Intermediate golfers are welcomed to join as well for this clinic and often have in order to welcome their beginner friends in at the same time. This frequently occurs and those golfers go in not thinking they will learn much. Then the feedback at the end has ALWAYS been positive written and/or verbally saying they took away useful information that has benefited their game.
